Pieology expands footprint in Kentucky, Alabama, Michigan

The Louisville location will seat approximately 100 guests.

Pieology Pizzeria, a fast casual pizza chain, announced the opening of its first Kentucky location in Louisville on Tuesday, April 14 with plans to enter Alabama and Michigan, by summer 2015.

"Pieology is thrilled to enter the Louisville fast casual restaurant market as an exciting new, family-friendly dining option," said Vice President of Marketing Debbie Porter, for Pieology, in a statement. "We are looking forward to providing a comfortable and casual space with an abundant selection of fresh ingredients for people of all ages to enjoy."

The Louisville location will seat approximately 100 guests in an "industrial-chic and friendly environment where inspirational quotes decorate the walls, menus and employee uniforms," the company said.
