Pieology exec joins PizzaRev as VP of Franchising

Craig Hopkins comes most recently from corporate and franchise growth at Pieology Pizzeria, also a fast casual pizza concept.

Buffalo Wild Wings-backed  PizzaRev has selected Craig Hopkins, for the position of EVP of Franchising.

Hopkins brings more than 30 years of restaurant operations and franchising experience to the PizzaRev team, having worked with brands such as Carl’s Jr./Hardee’s, Shakey’s Pizza and Arby’s, the company said in an announcement. Hopkins comes most recently from corporate and franchise growth at Pieology Pizzeria.

In his new role, Hopkins will be responsible for bringing on new franchise partners and assisting new and existing PizzaRev franchise groups in securing premium real estate.
