Piada Italian Street Food will open April 1 in North Fort Worth, debuting its second location in north Texas. The 2,554-square-foot unit is adjacent to the Starbucks facing Heritage Trace Parkway at 3300 Heritage Trace Parkway, Ste. 110. It is inspired by the roadside family-run food carts and markets of Rimini, a bustling seaside community in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, Piada Founder Chris Doody, said in company press release.

"We look forward to continuing to fill the gap in the market for fresh, flavorful Italian food in north Texas," he said. "Our Frisco location has seen great success since opening, and we expect to see the same response in north Forth Worth."
