Piada adds seasonal dishes fresh from the harvest

Starting Oct. 11, Piada Italian Street Food is adding menu items at all 32 locations to celebrate the fruits and vegetables of autumn.
The seasonal dishes revolve around garden and farm favorites such as Granny Smith apples, pepitas, dried cranberries and butternut squash, and include:
- Harvest Grain and Apple Salad: chicken fritte, field greens, feta, Granny Smith apples, pepitas and a seasonal side with dried cranberries, spiced pecans and roasted butternut squash in lemon-basil dressing.
- Fall Steak Avocado Piada: grilled steak, arugula, pancetta, avocado, mozzarella, balsamic aioli, pepitas and roasted butternut squash, hand-rolled in Piada dough.
- Harvest Grain Seasonal Side: farro, spiced pecans, dried cranberries, feta, roasted butternut squash, fennel, basil, tossed with red wine dressing.
- Pesto Pomodoro Meatball Pasta: 100 percent grass-fed beef meatball, pomodoro sauce, basil pesto drizzle and Parmesan.
- Farm Club Tasca: A sandwich made with piada dough, buttermilk-fried chicken, avocado, balsamic aioli, arugula, bruschetta tomatoes, pancetta, and sweet and spicy pickles, with lemon basil dressing.
The seasonal offerings will be available through April 30.
