PHresh Kitchen will open its first unit in February 2015 near the University of Central Florida, according to the Orlando Business Journal.

The new concept will feature a menu designed to follow American Heart Association guidelines, a small footprint and self-service kiosks.

Founder and CEO Tim Murphy told the publication the concept is not quite a food truck, but the restaurant will be controlled by a commissary and cloud-connected.

Murphy hopes to build six to 10 units before franchising the iKitchens, opening six units in 2015.
