PhaseNext Hospitality has signed franchise agreements with both Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. and Smashburger to open the two restaurants in October on the Fort Bliss military installation in El Paso, Texas. PhaseNext Hospitality is a minority and woman-owned multi-concept franchise operator focused on non-traditional venues, including airports and military bases.
PhaseNext Hospitality’s Fort Bliss locations will be at Freedom Crossing – the first entertainment, shopping and dining center on a military installation in the United States.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with Buffalo Wild Wings and Smashburger, two of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in the country,” said Roz Mallet, co-founder, CEO, and president of PhaseNext Hospitality. “We are looking forward to implementing our non-traditional development strategy with these great brands in a first of its kind center on a military installation.”
PhaseNext Hospitality previously announced the development of 12 Corner Bakery Cafe locations over the next 5 years. Most recently, the company added Zao Noodle Bar, the pan-Asian concept to its portfolio.
