PepperJax Grill has opened its 30th store location, choosing Blue Springs, Missouri as its home, according to a company press release

The philly cheesesteak concept was born several years ago when Gary Rohwer invented and acquired a patent on Steak-EZE, a cheese steak used in the United States today by many restaurant owners. Rohwer and his wife, Linda, opened the first restaurant in 2002 in Omaha and expects to have 40 units open by the end of the year, according to the release.
