Penn Station set for Nashville expansion

CINCINNATI —Penn Station East Coast Subs has signed an area-development initiative for the greater Nashville area.

"When we look at population, demographics and the eating away from home trends, Nashville was one of our top markets chosen for growth," said Craig Dunaway, Penn Station president. "When fully developed we believe the market will support as many as 20 Penn Station locations."

The development plan is expected to create about 400 new jobs. Penn Station operates three locations in the Nashville area and plans to open several more by the fall of 2007.
