Penn Station announces systemwide roll-out of cold subs

CINCINNATI — Penn Station East Coast Subs has created five new Cold Deli Classic subs to complement its menu of 12 hot, grilled-to-order subs.

Following a market test in Louisville, Ky., the new Cold Deli Classics will be rolled out systemwide in all 207 Penn Station restaurants beginning July 1, the company has announced. The new line will be promoted via mass media in all Penn Station markets in August.

The chain plans to promote the Cold Deli Classics as a special with either fresh-cut fries or a bag of chips and a 21-ounce soft drink in both July and August.

In addition to the Cold Deli Classics line, a new catering and box lunch menu also is available.
