Pei Wei opening in Apex, North Carolina

Pei Wei next week is opening its first Apex, North Carolina unit.

Located at 1107 Pine Plaza Dr., in Nichols Plaza, the chain will open Monday with the Apex Chamber of Commerce and other local dignitaries hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Doors will open for business at 11 a.m. A grand opening event for the local community will follow on Saturday, Aug. 5, and will include several giveaways, such as free food samples and one free Pei Wei for a Year gift card, good for one free entrée per week for 52 weeks, according to a company press release.

"We are extremely grateful to our loyal guests for making Pei Wei a top dining destination in the Raleigh area, and we’re thrilled to bring Apex a Pei Wei of its own," General Manager Sherwood Bailey said in a news release. "My team and I can’t wait to open the doors and begin sharing our handcrafted, made-to-order dining experience with the local community."
