To celebrate the fall season, Pei Wei Asian Diner is introducing a new limited-time menu offering, Sriracha Pineapple Pork Lettuce Wraps. Available now through December, the new wraps build on the popularity of Pei Wei's variety of favorite lettuce wraps, which include Thai Chicken, Korean Steak and Traditional Chicken, according to a company press release.
The wraps feature all-natural, wok-seared pork and a combination of fresh-cut ingredients — pineapple, red onions and red and green bell peppers — topped with a kick of Pei Wei's own Sriracha sauce and served with cool, crisp lettuce cups.
"Our Sriracha sauce provides a unique flavor profile that marries perfectly with the sweetness of pineapple," said Phil Butler, creative culinary chef for Pei Wei. "Our culinary team is excited to offer guests this unique twist on one of the most popular hot sauces in the world."
