"We are excited for Albuquerque to be among the first to experience the next phase of Pei Wei reFRESH," said KC Moylan, president of Pei Wei Asian Diner. "Whether you stop in or take it on the go, we always roll it out fresh and fast."

Guests in the mood for sushi can order eight rolls starting at just $5.99 or four rolls starting at $3.29. Small entrée salads and wok fresh entrées start at $5.99.

Pei Wei's new sushi options include the Mango California Roll, a combination of sweet mango and fresh cucumber paired with a citrus ponzu dipping sauce, and the Spicy Tuna Roll, made with the chain's signature Sriracha aioli dipping sauce.

"At Pei Wei, we are constantly innovating," said Phil Butler, creative culinary chef, Pei Wei. "It is our mission to combine bold flavors and fresh ingredients to provide our customers with unique flavor experiences, and the updated menu is no exception."

In January 2014, the fast casual concept by P.F. Chang's unveiled "reFRESH," a new fresh look and menu items including the introduction of a lighter, small-size entrée at all locations nationwide.
