The Yukon opening coincides with several brand-wide updates, including:

Menu innovations: The addition of Spicy Korean BBQ Steak and the option for guests to swap rice for wok-tossed noodles in any entrée.
Digital overhaul: A redesigned mobile app featuring a streamlined ordering process and a tiered loyalty rewards program.

Pei Wei, the second-largest Chinese fast casual brand in the United States, operates nearly 200 locations.
