Pei Wei expanding in Florida, Texas

Pei Wei has added to its Texas and Florida footprints.

Pei Wei has added to its Texas and Florida footprints, according to a company press release, opening doors to units in Coral Springs, Florida, and Houston.

"The states of Florida and Texas have been two key markets for us," said Pei Wei CMO Clay Dover. "We're looking forward to expanding our presence in the Boca Raton and Houston areas."

Founded in 2000, Scottsdale, Arizona-based Pei Wei now owns and operates more than 200 restaurants in 24 states.
