After adding several traditional and non-traditional locations in 2022, including a digital-only location in Dallas on Greenville Avenue, an airport store and locations inside Kroger stores, Pei Wei Asian Kitchen has plans to open even more this year.

"We plan to open 10 to 15 more locations this year throughout our Texas, Arizona and Florida markets," Director of Business Development William Rodriguez said in a company press release.

The brand plans to focus on more takeout and delivery locations similar to the store on Greenville Avenue and has partnered with a college campus operator to open nine university locations over the next year.

Pei Wei operates nearly 200 units throughout the U.S. and is the country's second-largest Chinese fast casual restaurant chain.
