Pei Wei Asian Diner adds sushi, salads

Pei Wei Asian Diner announced today the addition of new hand-rolled sushi and made-to-order small-size entrée salads to its menu.

“At Pei Wei, it’s fresh and fast and affordable,” said KC Moylan, president of Pei Wei Asian Diner, in a company press release. “Our new menu options are no exception. We are very excited to launch sushi and small-size entrée salads starting at just $5.99, so our guests can enjoy the bold, fresh flavors they love at a size and price that’s just right for them.”

Pricing for eight sushi rolls starts at $5.99 and at $3.29 for four rolls. Small-size entrée salads start at $5.99.

Sushi choices include:

• Mango California Roll: features sweet mango and fresh cucumber paired with a citrus ponzu dipping sauce.
• Sriracha Spicy Tuna Roll: features Sriracha aioli dipping sauce.
