Panera shareholder asks for operational change

Yahoo Finance: California-based Shamrock Activist Value Fund LP, partially controlled by family members of entertainment pioneer Walt Disney, issued a list of recommendations to Panera Bread Co. after it bought 1.6 million shares in the company. Among its suggestions, the company recommends Panera separate the roles of chairman and chief executive.
