Panera Bread to webcast stockholders presentation

ST. LOUIS, Mo. — Panera Bread Company has announced that Ron Shaich, chairman and CEO, and Jeff Kip, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will deliver a management presentation at the company's 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held at 10:30 a.m., Central Daylight Time, on May 21 at the Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel in Clayton, Mo.
During the presentation, Kip will report on the company's financial performance and outlook while Shaich will discuss operational aspects of the company's business.
The management presentation will be broadcast on the Internet beginning at 10:40 a.m., Central time. The presentation can be accessed online and will be archived for one year.
