Panera Bread adds to board

St. Louis Business Journal:Panera Bread Co.has appointed W. Austin Ligon and Charles Chapman III to its board of directors, the company said Jan. 22.
Ligon, whose term is scheduled to expire in 2009, is the co-founder and former president and chief executive officer ofCarMax Inc.Chapman is chief operating officer of American Dairy Queen Corp., a division ofBerkshire-Hathaway Inc.His term is scheduled to expire in 2010.
