Pandini's intros new chef-inspired creations

Pandini's recently launched its latest promotion, East Meets West, featuring a Hoisin Barbecue Chicken Pizza, a Wasabi Hoisin Chicken Labretti, and Kung Pao Pasta. East Meets West will run through May 23 at Pandini's Germantown Commons location in Germantown, Md.,and Pandini's at the Promenade Shops in Center Valley, Pa.

"I created items that maintained the old world flavors with a new world twist by adding the authentic ethnic ingredients to a pizza or pasta," said Jason Casassa, executive chef for Pandini's. "These dishes have the sweetness of hoisin sauce, the heat and spice of dried Thai chilies and the kick of wasabi."

Hand crafted dishes are prepared at the exposed kitchen where the culinary team creates Italian specialties to order. All menu items are reasonably priced, under $8.
