Pancheros opens on Mizzou turf

Pancheros Mexican Grill is opening its first Columbia, Mo., location and second unit the state of Missouri. To celebrate the grand-opening in the University of Missouri-Columbia's hometown, the chain will offer a $1 burrito promotion from 4 to 6 p.m. April 16.

"Our brand has had such a great response in Kansas City that we are excited to introduce our 'burritos better built' to another Missourian community," said Rodney Anderson, president of Pancheros Mexican Grill. "With the Columbia location, we hope to further grow our base of Pancheros fans, becoming a neighborhood favorite."

The new Pancheros location is located at 421 North Stadium Boulevard, Unit 101, Columbia, Mo.
