Pancheros deploys new POS

Pancheros Mexican Grill has completed the deployment of the PAR Brink POS software solution in all 65 of its locations.

Pancheros Mexican Grill has completed the deployment of the PAR Brink POS software solution in all 65 of its locations, according to a company press release. Barry Nelson, VP of operations at Pancheros, said the chain selected PAR for a variety of reasons, including that it offered:

  • An integrated solution. It’s a cloud-based software solution with native loyalty programs, and online and mobile ordering modules with a shared customer database across the brand. Pancheros plans to implement Brink loyalty and online and mobile ordering in the next phase of deployment.
  • Quick and easy deployment: Remote training and implementation services keep costs down and significantly decrease deployment time.

"PAR has been an excellent partner; they understood our requirements and worked with us to achieve a seamless deployment of Brink POS," Nelson said. "Uniformity across our brand is vital to our success. We were looking to implement a solution that would give us greater real-time visibility across the brand and one that we could deploy quickly."

The implementation of Brink POS across all Pancheros restaurants illustrates the increasing demand in the fast casual community for a cloud-based POS software model with native loyalty and ordering modules, and an API designed to make the deployment of third-party integration easy, said Karen Sammon, president ParTech Inc., the parent company of PAR.
