In a world where a single bad review can sink a restaurant's reputation, Ovation has created a platform to help brands fight back. Featuring integrated online reviews, business listings and social media into a single platform, restaurant managers now have the tools needed to protect their brand and improve operations, according to Renee Curtis, senior product manager at Ovation.
"These new capabilities make it easier than ever for operators to manage their reputation, understand their guests, and take action — all in one place," she said in a press release.
The platform ]aggregates online reviews from various sites, allowing managers to respond directly within Ovation using AI-suggested replies for faster, on-brand communication. The system also enables them to update business hours and information across more than 50 online directories, ensuring customers always have accurate information.
Beyond reputation management, the update includes reporting features that provide actionable insights. A Guest Recovery Report and an improved Heatmap help identify trends and opportunities, while a Survey GeoLocation feature detects where guests leave feedback, improving data accuracy.
To ensure seamless data flow, Ovation has also launched integrations with Bikky, PAR and Oracle Simphony POS, providing deeper reporting and unified data for a more complete operational picture.
This release caps a year of innovation for Ovation, which also saw the introduction of Long-Form Surveys, Competitive Benchmarking and integrations with Paytronix, QU, Crisp POS, andOpus Training.
Looking ahead, Curtis stated, "As we look ahead to 2026, we're not slowing down. We're speeding up."
