Original ChopShop reported record annual sales for 2025, marking its ninth consecutive year of profitability as it prepares for a four-store expansion across Texas and Arizona in 2026.

The Dallas-based company, known for its health-focused bowls and protein shakes, posted 4.6% same-store sales growth for the year. Customer traffic increased by 5.4%, a metric that has remained positive for 17 consecutive accounting periods. It also earned the No. 13 spot on Fast Casual's "Top 100 Movers & Shakers."

Company officials said 11 of the brand's 22 comparable locations achieved their highest annual sales volumes to date.

"2025 was another successful year for Original ChopShop," CEO Jason Morgan said in a company press release. "The recognition we received, along with our sales performance and our guest and team engagement, reinforces that our focus on feel-good food for every lifestyle... is resonating in the communities we serve."

The brand's digital strategy continues to drive its business model, with 55% of transactions occurring through digital channels. Nearly half of those orders originated directly through the company's proprietary app and website.

Original ChopShop also reported high retention rates for its leadership, citing an average general manager tenure of 4.5 years. Approximately 81% of those managers were promoted from within the company.

Following openings in College Station, Texas, and Phoenix in 2025, the company has outlined a steady growth path for the coming year. Planned 2026 openings include:

  • Fort Worth, Texas: Medical District (March)
  • Houston: Memorial City (July)
  • Peoria, Arizona: (July)
  • Richardson, Texas: (September)

Founded in 2013 in Scottsdale, Arizona, Original ChopShop operates 27 locations across Phoenix, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Tucson and Atlanta.
