Original ChopShop hopes to boost hiring with referral program

Original ChopShop, a neighborhood restaurant featuring food with whole ingredients, hopes to leverage the relationships with its guests and communities it serves with the recent launch of a referral program, according to an email from the company.

The program offers guests $50 in their Original ChopShop Chops account if they refer a friend or family member to Original ChopShop's job site and that individual gets hired. Guests can submit their referral on the company's website, where they are then asked to share why the individual would be a good fit in ChopShop's Feel Good Team.

Original ChopShop hopes the new program will elevate the brand's culture and build trust in its hiring process. Original ChopShop was established in 2013 and is based in Plano, Texas.
