Organic To Go rolls out new POS system

SEATTLE — Maitre'D by Posera has announced that Organic To Go recently chose the company as its new strategic POS technology provider and long-term partner, and is installing Maitre'D in all of their new locations.
The Maitre'D systems has enabled Organic To Go to better control labor costs throughout their locations and concepts, and gain productivity throughout the enterprise, according to a news release.
The chain also is testing new technologies and solutions provided by Maitre'D, such as wireless handheld POS.
