Organic To Go releases 1Q results

SEATTLE — SP Holding Corporation, dba Organic To Go, today reported financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2007.

Revenues for the quarter increased 71 percent, up from $2.1 million in the prior yearto $3.6 million. Net loss for the period was approximately $2.5 million compared with a loss of $1.1 million for the same period last year.

During the quarter, retail sales were $1.6 million, Delivery/Corp. Catering sales were $1.4 million and Wholesale sales were $671,000, increases of 33 percent, 8 percent and 55 percent as compared with the December 31, 2006, quarter.
