Organic To Go launches Washington, D.C., catering program

WASHINGTON — Organic To Go is launching its catering service in Washington, D.C., to herald the grand opening of the brand's East Coast debut. The catering menu, created for groups of five to 1,000, offers the chain's full range of hot and cold dishes.

Catering orders are delivered via a fleet of hybrid Prius vehicles, gas-sipping Scions and an assortment of refrigerated trucking for larger orders.
