Organic To Go intros seasonal catering menu

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Organic To Go has announced the launch of its new seasonal fall and winter catering menu. Created for groups of five to 1,000, the full-service catering menu offers 30 new options, all made without harmful additives, antibiotics, chemicals, pesticides, growth hormones or genetic modification.
"With 40 percent of our overall business coming from catering, we see an opportunity to offer our bicoastal markets a change toward wholesome, organic catering options at work and at home," said Jason Brown, chairman and CEO of Organic To Go.
The 30 new seasonal menu items include Beef Stew, Chicken Pot Pie and Turkey Roulade. Two new pizzas, Hawaiian and Supreme, also have been added to the Pizza Organico selection of 18-inch hand-crafted pies. Additionally, snack bowls such as the Good Morning, Healthy Choice, or the Chocolate Lover's Snack Bowl have been added.
