Organic to Go acquires Jackrabbit

SEATTLE — Organic fast-casual café operator Organic To Go has acquired Jackrabbit, a Seattle-based catering company.
Terms of the purchase, which closed March 9, were not disclosed.
Jackrabbit, founded in 1996, generated approximately $2 million in revenue in 2006. Founder and owner Peter Cassidy and about 30 other Jackrabbit team members will remain with Organic To Go.
