Orange Leaf, Smoothie Factory + Kitchen sign Texas deals

BRIX Holdings, a Dallas-based multi-brand franchising company, has signed four franchise agreements to open Orange Leaf and Smoothie Factory + Kitchen locations in Prosper, Frisco, San Antonio, and the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. The deals are part of the 11 franchise agreements awarded across the BRIX portfolio in 2023, which also include locations in Nebraska, New York, Ohio and Florida.

"There is exceptional potential here in Texas, and this is just the beginning of a promising journey," Sherif Mityas, CEO of BRIX Holdings, said in a company press release.

The franchise operators in Texas come from diverse backgrounds, including a former law enforcement officer, a military veteran, a previous family restaurant owner and an entrepreneur. Despite their differences, they share a common goal of achieving business success while making a positive impact on their communities.

"Franchising with Orange Leaf afforded me the opportunity to retake control of my life," franchisee Susana Jimenez said in the release. "The team at BRIX provided us with care, support, and resources along the way to make our dreams possible."

BRIX Holdings is seeking franchise owners for Orange Leaf, Red Mango and Smoothie Factory + Kitchen. Franchise requirements include a $30,000 initial franchise fee, $100,000 in liquid assets and a minimum net worth of $250,000.
