NYC trans fats ban takes effect today

Associated Press/Google:New York City's trans-fat ban took full effect July 1, and some restaurants are struggling to adjust recipes.But quick-service restaurants McDonald's, Taco Bell and Dunkin' Donuts have complied without making menu changes.
