Australian-inspired coffee concept, Bluestone Lane, is going the extra mile to protect its New York City customers from COVID-19 and other pathogens by installing sanitization products that use UVA, UVC and Far-UVC 222 light to continuously sanitize indoor environments. Bluestone Lane is deploying the tech, which deactivates air and surface contaminants, in two cafes, one on Greenwich Avenue and the other on Kenmare Street. A growing library of evidence, including independent research backed by many peer-reviewed papers, demonstrates that Far-UVC light is effective at inactivating viral particles in the air and on surfaces, according to the release.
