NPR's On Point with Tom Ashbrook recently focused a segment on health claims of the fast casual restaurant industry. On Point is produced by Boston radio station WBUR.

The segment featured Alicia Kelso, senior editorial director of food for FastCasual.com, QSRWeb.com and PizzaMarketplace.

Other guests included David Sax, author of The Tastemakers and Save The Deli; Pierre Panos, founder and CEO of Quality Service America, and Marion Nestle, professor of nutrition, food studies and public health at New York University. Nestle is also the author of What to Eat and Food Politics: How the Food Industry Influences Nutrition and Health.
