Noodles & Company opened its first Louisville, Kentucky-area restaurant on Sept. 10.

Noodles & Company opened its first Louisville, Kentucky-area restaurant on Sept. 10., according to a story in Louisville Business First.

The store at 1225 S. Hurstbourne Parkway in Plainview Village is 3,200 square feet with an outdoor patio and seating for 115 people.

Indianapolis-based Sagamore Dining Partners is the store's franchisee, with plans to open a second restaurant in Louisville's The Paddock Shops this fall.
