Noodles & Co. franchisee acquires seven additional units

Hamra Enterprises, a Noodles & Company franchisee, announced in a news release that it has completed the purchase of seven additional franchised Noodles & Company restaurants from North American Dining LLC.

North American Dining was formed in 2006 to develop Noodles & Company restaurants in Missouri. Since 2006, North American Dining has developed and operated six Noodles & Company restaurants in the St. Louis metro area and one in Columbia, near the University of Missouri campus. In addition to the acquisition, Hamra Enterprises also announced adding markets to develop Noodles & Company restaurants that extend between St. Louis and Springfield, along the I-44 corridor.

“This is an exciting opportunity to continue to develop the Noodles & Company brand in the St. Louis market as well as Southwest Missouri where we’ve been operating successful restaurants since 1975,” CEO Mike Hamra said in the release.

Hamra Enterprises is an existing Noodles & Company franchisee in the Greater Boston area and recently opened its first location in Shrewsbury, Mass. The Shrewsbury restaurant, located in the White City Shopping Center, is the first of three restaurants planned by Hamra Enterprises this year.
