Nominations open for FastCasual's 2025 '20 Brands to Watch'

Fast Casual is now accepting nominations for its seventh annual "20 Brands To Watch," report, honoring brands emerging as leaders in customer experience, technology, menu trends, operations, decor or ambiance.

To be considered, concepts must have been founded within the last five years and have at least one brick-and-mortar location, food truck or ghost kitchen outlet.

Unlike the Fast Casual Top 100, there can be no repeats, which means previous winners cannot make this list. We wouldn't be surprised, however, to see a couple of these brands land on next year's Fast Casual Top 100.
