No bonus for Panera CEO

St. Louis Business Journal: Panera Bread Co.'s chief executive Ronald Shaich did not receive an annual cash incentive bonus for 2006, but he did give out $386,643 in bonuses to four other executive officers. Shaich was paid total compensation of $875,227 last year, which includes a base salary of $515,000, and stock and option awards amounting to $360,227.
