Nick the Greek opening in Santa Barbara

Nick the Greek opened Tuesday in Santa Barbara, marking the 15th sountern California location for owners Niko Heliotis, Dimitri Trembois and Panayioti Trembois. The brand is on track to open 25 restaurants this year, reaching nearly 100 locations nationwide by the end of 2024.

"We're thrilled to bring Nick the Greek to Santa Barbara's vibrant downtown," Heliotis said in a company press release. "We're confident guests will appreciate the welcoming atmosphere that's a hallmark of every Nick the Greek location."

Founded in 2014, Nick the Greek offers Greek has locations in California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Kansas, Missouri and Utah and is seeking franchise partners to continue its growth across the Western United States.
