New York's Mighty Quinn's crosses Hudson River

Mighty Quinn's Barbeque, a fast casual barbecue joint based in New York City, recently celebrated its grand opening at The Promenade Shops at Clifton at 850 Route 3 West in Clifton, N.J. This is the company's first location in New Jersey, according to a company press release.

Mighty Quinn's, which serves slow-smoked barbecue, side dishes and a selection of American craft beers and wine, brings a unique dining experience to the area that combines the convenience of a casual dining format with the comfort of communal dining tables all handcrafted out of reclaimed wood, said Christos Gourmos, co-founder of Mighty Quinn's.

"I am really excited to finally open our doors to Clifton and the surrounding areas," Gourmos said. "Growing up in New Jersey, I know there is a lack of great BBQ restaurants and I am looking forward to filling that void."
