Shake Shack customers in New York can order grilled eel burgers this weekend at the Madison Park location, thanks to Michelin-starred British chef Fergus Henderson. He created the burgers ($9.99) from eel, egg, bread crumbs, lemon juice, salt and pepper and serves them smoked bacon, pickled red onion, creme fraiche, fresh horseradish and watercress, according to the NY Daily News.
Henderson's London restaurant — St. John — was named among the world' 100 best in 2017.
