California-based Negranti Creamery, which serves sheep's milk ice cream, is adding a seventh location when it opens Saturday in San Luis Obispo, California.
"We are excited to bring Negranti Creamery to San Luis Obispo and share our passion for high-quality, delicious ice cream," Stephanie Leopard, regional director of sales and operations, said in a company press release. "Our team has worked tirelessly to create a welcoming and vibrant space where families and friends can come together to enjoy a scoop or two. We look forward to becoming a part of the SLO community and curating lasting memories with our customers."
Negranti Creamery is committed to sustainability and sourcing responsible ingredients, ensuring that each scoop of ice cream not only tastes great but also adheres to the founder's strict standards of quality, Leopard said. Known as an A2 milk, sheep's milk ice cream offers an option for individuals with common digestive issues caused by cow's milk products. A lighter and fluffier texture is more like homemade and offers fresher flavors while not sitting heavily in the digestive tract.
"Our new San Luis Obispo location will feature a variety of beloved flavors, including fan favorites, like Salted Brown Sugar, Black Coffee Chip, and Vanilla Bean, alongside seasonal specials that highlight further unique flavor combinations," Leopard said.
Negranti Creamery will open two locations next year in Boise and Phoenix, bringing its total to nine.
Negranti Creamery was founded by Alexis Negranti.
