National CineMedia, a cinema advertising network, has partnered with Ziosk, a restaurant technology platform provider, to deliver a DOOH network at restaurants. Through this partnership, Ziosk will provide NCM's Noovie entertainment content and trivia programming on its restaurant entertainment and media network, according to a press release.
The Ziosk media network provides tablets, from which users can order food, view specials, enroll in loyalty programs, pay and view entertainment. The network also provides contextually relevant content when not in use, such as entertainment, brand activation and trivia, according to the release.
"Ziosk and National CineMedia go together like dinner and a movie — it's the perfect place-based advertising combination," Steve Sapp, SVP, DOOH sales with National CineMedia, said in the release. "Ziosk tablets are integral to the dining experience in so many innovative restaurants, especially with today's consumer demand for contactless ordering and payment options. Plus, movies are often a staple of enjoyable dinner conversation, so our Noovie entertainment and trivia content will be a welcome addition to the table, giving brands the ability to have direct, one-to-one engagement with people in a communal dining environment."
