Nashville metro legal endorses menu-labeling regulation

Nashville City Paper: A proposed menu-labeling regulation under consideration by the Nashville, Tenn., Metro Board of Health received a positive review from the Metro Department of Law in a legal opinion filed last week.
 
The board is considering a regulation that would require chain restaurants with 15 or more locations nationally to list calorie and nutritional information for items on their menus. Click to continue
