My Pie to open in Holladay, Utah

My Pie will "soon" open in Holladay, Utah, according to a news release, though no firm date was provided. The upcoming 2100-square-foot Holladay Market Place location will include a partial patio, in addition to its interior seating, a news release said. 

Multi-unit My Pie franchisees, Travis and Alicia Johnson, developed this as the second store in a six-unit agreement for Utah. 

My Pie, based in Phoenix with about 10 units now open across Arizona, Nebraska, Nevada and Utah, is a fast casual concept with an open-kitchen format featuring continuously burning 800-degree ovens in all its stores.
