Muscle Maker Grill has launched a dietician-approved Meal Plan program to give consumers the chain’s nutritious menu from the comfort of their own homes, according to a company press release
“Nutrition is looked at differently by all of us, but what we all have in common is that we want all the health benefits without sacrificing variety and taste, and we want it in a way that fits our busy lifestyles,” said Rod Silva, Founder and director of Brand Development of Muscle Maker Grill. “At Muscle Maker Grill, we’ve become famous for taking traditional dishes and making them deliciously healthy, and now we’re stepping it up once again with our Meal Plan program by making nutritious eating even more convenient.”
Guests can pre-order meals via phone or online, available for pick up or delivered to their homes. Starting at $7 per meal, guests can choose from 22 Muscle Maker Grill menu items, such as the Hollywood Salad – grilled chicken breast, turkey bacon, reduced-fat cheddar, tomatoes, onions and zero-carb signature dressing over a bed of romaine lettuce or the Rocky Balboa Wrap – grilled chicken breast, turkey meatballs, reduced-fat mozzarella and marinara in an herb wrap.
