Muscle Maker Grill inks franchise deal in Windy City

Muscle Maker Grill, a fast casual chain specializing in healthy fare, will develop 10 locations in Chicago as part of a multiunit franchise deal. The first Chi-Town location is currently under construction at 1673 W. Algonquin Rd. in Rolling Meadows and will open in October.

"We are thrilled to bring our healthy concept to the Chicago market," said Rod Silva, founder of Muscle Maker Grill. "With consumer demand for fast casual restaurants on the rise, we are confident that Chicago residents will enjoy the addition of a healthy, quick dining option."

The Rolling Meadows restaurant will be the 60th Muscle Maker Grill to open nationwide. In addition to Chicago, Muscle Maker Grill has locations in California, Florida, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, and Texas.
