Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop, a 46-unit fast casual chain in California and Arizona, reported a 25% jump in digital sales after deploying Paytronix Loyalty, Order & Delivery, Mobile and Gif. The customer experience platform replaced the chain's previous program, which led to its loyalty program growing three times faster with 500 app downloads per week in the first month alone, according to a company press release.
"Going with the full Paytronix platform provides our guests with a frictionless experience across our entire business no matter how they choose to interact with us," Chris Schefler, director of brand management for Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop, said in the release. "Our guests can now see everything in a clean, well-presented way that enables them to get exactly what they want."
The Pickle Points Rewards platform allows members to earn one point for every dollar spent and bank them toward one of four levels of rewards, ranging from a free fountain drink to a sandwich.
