This winter, the first MOOYAH location will move into Alabama's Jefferson and Shelby counties, with more restaurants on the way soon after.
Denney Barrow, with sons Josh Barrow and Jordan Barrow, all Birmingham natives and the newest MOOYAH franchisees, plan to open 10 to 12 restaurants in Jefferson, Shelby, Tuscaloosa, Madison, and Montgomery counties. While these restaurants mark Alabama’s firsts, the burger brand has seen exponential growth nationally.
“MOOYAH’s food is one-of-a-kind, and we know the community is going to love it,” said Denney Barrow. “It’s high quality, fresh food that is fun for young adults, working men and families. MOOYAH is a perfect fit with who we are and what we were looking for. We love the product, we love the atmosphere, and our ideals of family businesses match with theirs.”
