The Hoosier State recently got its first taste of MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes when the chain opened a unit this week in Noblesville, Indiana, at 17147 Mercantile Blvd. in the Stony Creek Marketplace.
The local owner of the Noblesville MOOYAH is Chris Frank, a social worker-turned-restauranteur, who helped to develop a marketing strategy for dining services during his time at Indiana University in Bloomington, and was inspired by his experience in graduate school to open his own restaurant, according to a company press release. While earning his MBA, Frank felt the pull to return to the restaurant industry and took a job handling the marketing for all university restaurants to gain experience with the dream of eventually opening his own restaurant.
"A restaurant seemed to be the perfect fit for my skills. I could combine my experience in business, operations and marketing and bring this new and exciting brand to Noblesville," said Frank. "I am excited to be bringing a fresh concept to my community and I am confident that Noblesville will be just as crazy about MOOYAH’s burgers as I am."
Frank isn’t stopping at just serving Noblesville. He has signed a three-unit deal and plans to continue developing the MOOYAH brand in the area with two more restaurants in the greater Indianapolis area.
"MOOYAH is expanding so quickly for a reason, and customers are responding to our product," said Michael Mabry, COO at MOOYAH. "We are excited to open doors in Noblesville for the first time and truly believe that MOOYAH will fit into the community perfectly."
